Ten Region South Schools Selected as California Distinguished Schools


The California Department of Education (CDE) has selected 10 middle schools and high schools from Region South as 2026 California Distinguished Schools, part of a statewide recognition of 408 exemplary schools demonstrating outstanding academic achievement and commitment to student success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for our scholars to express themselves creatively and share their thoughts through the art of spoken word poetry.
